- Jobs are not been provided by The Great Lake Holdings (Pvt) Ltd after completion of the course.
- No accommodation provided by the company.
- The assigned class cannot be transferred to another under any circumstances. (For such transfer you have to pay an additional fee of which the company decides).
- Full payments must be settled before the commencement of the class.
- To obtain a receipt for the payments made directly to the bank, the bank deposit slip must be produced. Failure to do so will result in not receiving the receipt. This will not be valid for wire/bank transfers.
- Once an original receipt is issued a copy of the receipt will not be issued.
- Payments made are not refundable under any circumstances.
- The Primary language that classes are conducted is Sinhala, where English and Tamil will be optional.
- Company has the right to assign the day and the time that the class is held.
- Company will take up to 45 days to start the class from the day the payment is fully completed.
- The Great Lake Holdings (Pvt) Ltd has the right to change or add or remove any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Must reply to the verification email sent from admin@greatlakesl.com to complete the registration process. If not replied to the verification email, attending to the class will be restricted.
- To obtain the certificate 80% attendance must be maintained and 80% marks must be scored.
- Certificates are issued on a day that the company decides and the student must come personally on that day to order and receive the certificate. An additional copy of the certificate will be issued on a price.
- There will be only two lessons recovered free of charge. For an additional lesson a fee which will be decided by the company will have to be paid.
- If not attended for the assigned batch an additional fee will have to be paid to get another batch.
- The Great Lake Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible if the certificate issued by the Company is not being recognized by a particular organization.
- If registered for the Job Training programme, CCENT, CCNA & the JT exam conducted by the Company has to be passed to be selected to the Job Training programme. Only twice these examinations will be conducted free of charge. An additional fee will have to be paid from the third sitting.
- Anything communicated verbally is not valid until it is being communicated in writing.
